I am tired trying to find reasonably priced flare so now I am determained to make my own,
On one of the you-tube vidios on this sit has a G-20 original custom flic, the van is getting hand built flares and scoop, does anyone know who the builder is so I can get some info as to what materials needed, how to go about it step by step, I love cusomizing and fabricating and this vidio has my full attention, need to find the source and details,
Thanks Winkieman
Hi
I am about to embark on several body panel replacements and heard of 3M and a couple other companies who have developed an adhesive instead of tradditional welding in the panels, Has anyone used these products, are the messy, are they reliable and durable
The page tells all about the Charlie's Angels Pink Chevy Van, and all the photos are taken from a website:
http://www.charliesangelsfan.com/CAvan.htm
At the bottom of the page, "Adam" says to check out the original website, but it does not have the correct link.
The WRONG address is http://www.charliesangelsfan.com/CA%20Van.htm
The CORRECT address is http://www.charliesangelsfan.com/CAvan.htm

Does anyone have some Mud style flares and/or a downspoiler? I have a friend who is looking. They would be for a 1993 G10 Chevy van.
Drop me an email if you have either or. didgeman.ca@gmail.com

It fits underneath the front to direct air from the grill to the radiator, and is missing from my 1966 van.
Can any body tell me if the doors for a 79 G20 are the same as any other years? I need new driver side and pasanger side doors on the front of my van and i am not sure which years fit which years.

I have a 1993 G20, 5.7 V8, its a fuel injected model.
About 600 miles ago I replaced the pump and relay, the old one died on me.
Currently the van wont run - it has been diagnosed as a problem with the volume of fuel the pump is pushing out, as soon as you start the engine it floods, when it will run it smells of almost neat fuel (not good a £5 ($9) a gallon!).
Can anyone tell me if the fuel pump has a built in volume control , or is there a seperate controller?
has a spinning noise and bumpy ride
im looking for repair panels to cut the rust out of the bottom seals left and right hand sides of the van, anyone help please.

My 84 G Series pop out window seal are oxidized and need to be replaced. Looking for replacements or a recommended substitute. GM no longer stocks them.
Old school is much better, dig this i left a question pertaining to the tranny prob since having a line pop lose and lose fluid, in the older units, say late 60s through seventies, all a back yard mech had ta do was fix the leak point, usually a seal or old line, change the fluids n filter, if anything other, well a 350 turbo tranny most often took care of any GMC motion prob's. And these days the suit types want ta sell this s....
I have replaced computer several times but it will start having same problem shortly thereafter.
Hey I'm Rick knowmn has Bigrick, I am new to this site and kinda new to Vans and this site, that is has an owner I bought my first a 97 Chev, Geneva Conversion from Denny Heckers, has a nice mill a 5.7 Vortec, I added my own goodies, two weeks ago some bum stole my Galaxy CB, (from my Truckin days) anyway last year the line from the tranny to the trans-cooler pump came loose at low speed around 30mph, well I relamped the line added the appropriate fluid level to spec. having been a " old-school hotrodder, and former diesel mechanic I thought no prob, no gear shavings, no excess heat etc.
